Free trial. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged.
Cancelling. Cancel any time from My alerts → Manage billing (Stripe's secure portal). You keep your plan until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds. If you were charged and aren't happy, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, charges aren't refundable, but you can cancel to stop future charges.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you to update your card. If it still fails, your account moves to Free.
