These terms cover your use of HiringPing Signals, a service of Allday General Services LLC ("we"). By signing up or subscribing you agree to them.
The service. We email digests of new job postings collected from companies' public job boards. The data is provided as-is, without warranty: postings can be wrong, close, or change at any time, and we don't guarantee that every posting is caught. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of what you pay for until they launch.
Plans and billing. Free stays free. Pro ($19/month) and Agency ($49/month) start with a 7-day free trial, then renew monthly in USD until you cancel. Stripe processes payments. We may change prices with at least 30 days' email notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Cancellation. Cancel any time from My alerts → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free. See Refunds & cancellation.
Acceptable use. Use the digests for your own prospecting. Don't resell or republish the data in bulk, and don't use it to spam or harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it. These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, USA.
